To respond to inquiries, schedule and complete cleaning jobs, send job updates and photos, invoice, and communicate with you about our services.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with people who help us deliver a job you requested (for example, the cleaner assigned to your unit) or when required by law. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
You can ask us to update or delete your information by emailing getclean@vacuoclean.com or calling (512) 488-4911. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
